Analytics — Transaction reports and insights

Open in Command Center

Analytics in Command Center gives you visual reports and insights into your payment and transaction data. Use it to monitor performance, identify trends, and support business decisions without needing to export raw data. Open Analytics from the Command Center sidebar to view your key metrics. The page loads with a default time range, and charts and summary cards update in real time as you change filters.

info

What you see in Analytics depends on your role and what is enabled for your organization. If Analytics is not visible in the sidebar, contact your organization administrator or Nimbbl support.

Available Metrics

Analytics provides reports and views that cover key areas of your payment operations:

  • Orders -- Track order volume, amounts, and completion rates over time.
  • Payments -- Monitor payment success rates, failure reasons, and payment mode distribution.
  • Refunds -- Review refund volumes, amounts, and processing trends.
  • Revenue -- Analyze total revenue, average transaction values, and growth patterns.

Metrics are scoped to your organization and access level. If you have sub-merchant-level access, you see data only for the sub-merchants assigned to you.

Time Filters

Analytics supports time-based filtering so you can view data for the period that matters most:

  • Preset ranges -- Select common periods such as today, last 7 days, last 30 days, or last 90 days.
  • Custom range -- Choose a specific start and end date to focus on a particular window.

Changing the time filter updates all charts and metrics on the page. This lets you compare performance across different periods and spot trends or anomalies quickly.

Exporting Data

Analytics is designed for visual reporting and quick insights. If you need the underlying raw data for further analysis or reconciliation, use these options:

  • Downloads -- Go to Files > Downloads to request a full data export of orders, payments, or refunds as a CSV or Excel file.
  • Search -- Use Search to filter specific records and initiate a download from the search results page.
